What ages are allowed to play?
Our facility is designed for children of all ages, from toddlers crawling to adults Everyone is welcome after agreeing to our Safe-Play Pledge. Adult participation will be limited to only those supervising children with a maximum weight limit of 250lbs.
Safe-Play Pledge: “I promise to be a good example to the smaller children here today. It is important that everyone has fun, and I will do my part to be responsible while playing.”
Are birthday party reservations available?
Yes, we have 2 private party rooms available for various time sessions per day. Treehouse Party Room:
Amazing views of the facility from our treehouse. Booking of this room is acceptance of your understanding that there are stairs to enter the room.
Lion’s Den Party Room Large room on ground level right next to the play structure.
The cost per room is $250
The $250 includes admission for 10 kids, each additional kid is $13.75.
20 kids maximum
Cost includes your room for 90 minutes and available to set up 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. You must be out of your room after the 90 minutes, this includes all décor and gifts. This will allow us to thoroughly clean the room and have it set for the next scheduled party. If you are not out of the room at your scheduled time you will be billed $25 for each additional 5 minutes. Important Party Info:
- All décor & gifts must be kept in the designated party area keeping the play area clean & safe.
- Absolutely NO outside food or drink with the exception of cake, cupcakes, or cookies.
- We will provide1 water or Juice for each child that is part of the party. (Choices include: bottled water, Capri-sun, Sunny-D) Additional drinks are available for purchase at our Canopy Cafe’.
- You have the option to purchase pizza or hot-dogs at an additional cost.
- 1 large cheese or Pepperoni Pizza $10
- Hot-dog package $25. Includes 10 hot dogs and 10 bags of chips.
- Each room includes two 6′ tables and bench seating. In addition to one 6′ table that can be used for gifts and cake.
- Absolutely no glass or ceramic containers.
- We recommend you let your party guests know that socks are required for EVERYONE. We will have socks available for purchase.
Am I able to drop off my children and pick them up later?
No, all participants must be under the supervision of a responsible adult over the age of 16 at all times.
Is there a check-in system?
Yes, we will be utilizing KidCheck Software to match children with parents upon entry and exit of the facility.
Can I pre-register to save time entering the facility?
Yes, please sign-up for KidCheck. Once you sign-up, we will just need your phone number for future visits. KidCheck is universal software, so if you are already registered it will show up in our system.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, a waiver is required for anyone entering. We can not allow anyone to enter without a signed waiver. The waiver will be accepted and acknowledged at each visit and is part of our Kid Check check-in system.
How will I know the facility is safe and clean?
At Bubba Play Indoor Playzone, we work hard daily to build guest confidence through the condition of the facility. The staff maintains exceptional sanitary standards by utilizing commercial cleaners and environmentally safe chemicals to mitigate harmful pathogens, bacteria and viruses. We will also utilize a commercial ball cleaning machine to routinely clean and sanitize the ball pit areas. Our commitment to you is a clean facility. Standard operating procedures will also be in place with the necessary supplies ready in the event of any issue that requires our immediate attention.
Are socks required?
Yes! We require socks for everyone entering our facility. Shoes are to be removed and placed in the storage area before entering the playzone.
What are the safety rules?
BUBBA SAYS HAVE FUN AND FOLLOW THESE RULES………….
- SOCKS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER & MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. Shoes must be taken off prior to entering.
- Adult supervision is required at all times. Sorry, we do not allow kids to be dropped off, and they may not enter without parent/ guardian.
- All participants including parents/guardians must sign a waiver before entry
- No Flipping, diving, or horseplay is allowed.
- No climbing on the walls, play structure, or nets.
- Absolutely no food, drink, or gum in the play structure.
- No pushing and no fighting is allowed.
- Only slide feet first down the slide. No climbing up the slide. 1 person on the slide at a time.
- No guns, knifes, or weapons are allowed in the facility.
- No alcohol, no smoking, and no vaping.
- Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate forfeiture of your right to participate in the playzone.
- Do not participate if you are physically unable to. Participation implies you do not have any medical condition including but not limited to back, neck, arm, leg problems, broken bones, heart conditions, pregnant, breathing conditions, severe allergies, or any other condition that would be harmful to your health or well-being.
